Support Facilities means the agreements or arrangements referred to in clause 1.7 or such other agreement or arrangement which the Trustee and the Manager agree is a Support Facility for the purposes of this Deed.

Support Facilities means all facilities located in or attached to, and/or operated on, the Leased Property or any portion thereof, including, without limitation, any hotel and hotel guest rooms and suites, food, beverage, entertainment and retail facilities and parking structures.

Support Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.

Support Facilities means facilities owned, leased or operated by a Loan Party on which operations material to the support of the Loan Parties’ active Mining Facilities are conducted.
