If Contractor requires interruption of Airport facilities or utilities in order to perform work, Contractor must notify the Deputy Commissioner in charge of the project at least five (5) working days in advance of such time and must obtain the Deputy Commissioner’s approval prior to interrupting the service.
The Authority intends to maintain a policy of providing open access to the Airport for Air Carriers and other aeronautical users of the Airport and achieving balanced utilization of Airport facilities.
Airport facilities such as bridges; culverts; catch basins, inlets, retaining walls, cribbing; storm and sanitary sewer lines; water lines; underdrains; electrical ducts, manholes, handholes, lighting fixtures and bases; transformers; flexible and rigid pavements; navigational aids; buildings; vaults; and, other manmade features of the airport that may be encountered in the work and not otherwise classified herein.
Lessee shall have the use of Airport facilities and navigational aids for the purpose of landing, taking off, and taxiing of Lessee’s aircraft, and related rights of ingress and egress 24 hours a day, subject to the current or any amended laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and resolutions of applicable governmental bodies, including Lessor.
If the Premises, the Airport facilities, or the facilities reasonably necessary to operate Lessee's business are partially damaged, due to acts of God or other acts outside the control of the Lessee or City, to the extent that Lessee cannot use the Premises for its intended use, then, at Lessee's option, this Lease may be terminated or instead may be suspended until the damage is repaired.
