Procurement Process means the process commenced by the issuing of this Invitation and concluding upon the award of a contract (or other outcome as determined by Tetra Tech International Development) or upon the earlier termination of the process
Pendency of the procurement process means the time period commencing with the public notice of the request for proposals and ending with the award of the contract or the cancellation of the request for proposals.
Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. It does not form part of the contract between you and the School. A copy of the most up-to-date procedure is on the School's website and is otherwise available from the School at any time upon request;
Day Case Procedure means a Medically Necessary surgical procedure for investigation or treatment to the Insured Person performed in a medical clinic, or day case procedure centre or Hospital with facilities for recovery as a Day Patient.
Grievance Procedure is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as including the arbitration procedure.
Aversive procedure means a systematic physical or sensory intervention program for modifying the behavior of a student with a disability which causes or reasonably may be expected to cause one or more of the following:
Procedure means one or more surgical procedures or medical therapy performed in a Center of Excellence.
Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolution of Disputes set forth in Article 26;
Settlement Procedures means the Settlement Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Method Detection Level or “MDL” means the minimum concentration of an analyte (substance) that can be measured and reported with a ninety- nine percent (99%) confidence that the analyte concentration is greater than zero (0) as determined by procedure set forth in 40 CFR 136, Appendix B. The method detection level or MDL is equivalent to the LOD.
Variation Procedure means the procedure for carrying out a Variation as set out in Clause 16.1 (Variation Procedure);
Procedure Document means Ministry Procedure titled "Procedure for Preparing an Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report" dated July 2005, as amended.
Written Procedure means the written or electronic procedure for decision making among the Bondholders in accordance with Clause 18 (Written Procedure).
Expedited Deliverability Study means a deliverability study that an eligible Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S) that may determine the extent to which an existing or proposed facility satisfies the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard at its requested CRIS level without the need for System Deliverability Upgrades. The schedule and scope of the study is defined in Sections 25.5.9.2.1 and 25.7.1.2 of this Attachment S.
Dispute Resolution Process means the process described in clause 9
Method Detection Limit (MDL means the minimum concentration of a substance (analyte) that can be measured and reported with 99 percent confidence that the analyte concentration is greater than zero and is determined from analysis of a sample in a given matrix containing the analyte.
Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;
Alternative dispute resolution means mediation, arbitration, conciliation, or other nonjudicial procedure that involves a neutral party in the decisionmaking process. The form of alternative dispute resolution chosen pursuant to this article may be binding or nonbinding, with the voluntary consent of the parties.
Claims Procedure Order means the Order under the CCAA establishing a claims procedure in respect of the Applicant, as same may be further amended, restated or varied from time to time.
Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.
Commercial applicator means any person, unless exempted in I(4) hereunder, whether or not the person is a private applicator with respect to some uses, who:
Domestic content procurement preference ’ means all iron and steel used in the project are produced in the United States; the manufactured products used in the project are produced in the United States; or the construction materials used in the project are produced in the United States.
Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.
Enforcement Procedures means the procedures for the enforcement of Mortgages from time to time in accordance with the relevant Seller’s Policy;
Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.
