Support provided definition

Support provided means the highest level of support provided (to you) by others in the last seven days before the assessment, even if that level of support occurred only once. The department determines support provided as follows:

  • Support Provider means in relation to Party A, none. Credit Support Provider means in relation to Party B, none.

  • Credit Support Provider has the meaning specified in the Schedule.

  • Program Support Provider means and includes, with respect to any Conduit Purchaser, any Liquidity Provider and any other Person (other than any customer of such Conduit Purchaser) now or hereafter extending credit or having a commitment to extend credit to or for the account of, or to make purchases from, such Conduit Purchaser pursuant to any Program Support Agreement.

An Entity shall cease to be a Qualified Entity and shall be deemed, to the extent it holds Partnership Interests, to become a Former Partner, immediately prior to any event or lapse of time which causes such Entity to no longer be a Qualified Entity as defined in this Section 1.18. The definition of Qualified Entity is intended to describe Entities such as Xxxxxx Management, Inc., a Delaware corporation, or similar type Entities.

  • Support Person means a person, who accompanies an Accused Student, a Reporting Party or a victim to a hearing for the limited purpose of providing support and guidance. A support person may not directly address the Hearing Body, question witnesses, or otherwise actively participate in the hearing process.

  • Pharmacy support person means a person, other than a licensed pharmacist, a registered pharmacist-intern, or a registered pharmacy technician, who may perform nontechnical duties assigned by a supervising pharmacist under the pharmacist’s responsibility and supervision.

  • Conduit Assignee means any multi-seller commercial paper conduit or special purpose entity funded by a multi-seller commercial paper conduit which is, in either case, administered by a common manager or an Affiliate of a CP Conduit, or the collateral trustee of such entity.

  • Investment Provider means any commercial bank or trust company, bank holding company, investment company or other entity (which may include the Trustee, the Bond Registrar or the Paying Agent), whose credit rating (or the equivalent of such rating by virtue of guarantees or insurance arrangements) by each nationally recognized Rating Agency then rating the Class I Bonds is sufficiently high to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency or is otherwise acceptable to each such Rating Agency in order to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency, which Investment Providers shall be approved by the Authority for the purpose of providing investment agreements.

  • Grenfell Tower support payment means a payment made to a person because that person was affected by the fire on 14th June 2017 at Grenfell Tower, or a payment to the personal representative of such a person—

  • Replacement Provider has the meaning set forth in Section II.D.1.

  • Qualified Engineer means a Professional Engineer other than an "Experienced Engineer" as hereinafter defined; that is, it shall mean a person who is, or is qualified to become, a graduate member of the Institution of Engineers, Australia.
