Support provided definition

Support provided means the highest level of support provided (to you) by others in the last seven days before the assessment, even if that level of support occurred only once. The department determines support provided as follows:

  • Support Provider means in relation to Party A, none. Credit Support Provider means in relation to Party B, none.

  • Support Person means a person, who accompanies an Accused Student, a Reporting Party or a victim to a hearing for the limited purpose of providing support and guidance.
