Support Region definition

Support Region means any one of the following five (5) regions: (i) North America, (ii) Europe, Middle East and Africa (“EMEA”); (iii) Asia Pacific (“APAC”); (iv) Japan, and (v) Latin America (“LTAM”).
Support Region has the meaning of the (i) United Kingdom (for Europe, Middle East, and Africa), (ii) Philippines (for the East Asia/Pacific region), or (iii) the United States East Coast (for North America). Customer shall select one of the three regions set forth in the preceding sentence upon the Agreement’s Effective Date as the basis for Support Services going forward.

  • Unmanned aircraft system means an unmanned aircraft and associated elements, including communication links and components that control the unmanned aircraft that are required for the pilot in command to operate safely and efficiently in the national airspace system.

  • Outsourcing facility means a facility that is engaged in the compounding of sterile drugs and is currently registered as an outsourcing facility with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and that complies with all applicable requirements of federal and state law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
