In addition to the Support Service Fees set forth herein, unless quoted separately, Customer will be charged Grass Valley’s then applicable hourly rate plus costs for expenses for services performed and expenses incurred outside the scope of this Agreement.
Grass Valley may invoice Customer for Support Service Fees upon receipt of an acceptable purchase order.
