Support Tools definition

Support Tools means any hardware, software and other tools and/or utilities used by EMC to perform diagnostic or remedial activities in connection with Software including any software or other tools made available by EMC to Customer to enable Customer to perform various self- maintenance activities.
Support Tools means (i) software, web analytics tools or other technology used by Pindrop or its affiliates to (1) monitor, maintain or improve the performance, integrity or security of a Product; (2) identify portions of a Product that may require maintenance (including without limitation errors that may require correction); (3) understand user behavior with a given Product (e.g., what feature or functionality is preferred), which may include the recording of a User’s session while logged in to the Product; and (4) manage subscription-related metrics (e.g., quantity of Calls or expiration of a given Subscription Term); or (ii) cookies that are set on a User’s browser and used by Pindrop or its affiliates for the purpose of identifying Users and Company systems interacting with the Product or to logout a User after a period of inactivity, including the general location (e.g., city, state or country) of the IP addresses associated with Users who login into and use a Product.

Support Tools means all applications, utilities, listings, or other materials (in object code form) related to a Program that are reasonably necessary to enable HP to exercise its rights under Section 3.2 hereof.
Support Tools means any hardware, software and other tools and/or utilities used by OpenText to perform diagnostic or remedial activities in connection with Software including any software or other tools made available by OpenText to Customer to enable Customer to perform various self-maintenance activities.
Support Tools refers to software tools made available by OutSystems (such as tools to assist in the collection and transmission of configuration data) and web-based tools (such as tools that enable OutSystems, with End- Customer’s consent, to access End-Customer’s computer system) to aid in the resolution of Problems. Such tools may be used by End-Customer only in connection with supported Software, and will be provided to End-Customer as part of Support services included in the Subscription.

Related to Support Tools

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as Software Upgrade will be identified A.B.x where the A &B designates the release as a Software Upgrade.

The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) (1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and (2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio. Machine means a device on which a DS Offering is executed and which is either (1) (i) (a) belonging to Customer or under its sole control or supervision and (b) located on Customer’s premises or according to Teleworking conditions, or (ii) authorized by Customer according to its own information technology charter or equivalent whereby third party devices (such as Users own devices) are specifically authorized, or (2) operated by a third party service provider as specifically authorized in the Agreement solely for and on behalf of Customer. Remote Access means, if so specified in the Product Portfolio, that Users and/or Extended Enterprise Users may access and use the DS Offering remotely via the Internet from any country (subject inter alia to the export and re-export laws and regulations provisions of the Agreement). Teleworking means any program authorized by and for the benefit of Customer to enable its employees to work outside its own premises, using information and communication technology (or equivalent program established by a Customer entitled to Academic Use of the DS Offerings for its Users). User means any (a) Customer’s employee, or (b) employee of Customer’s consultant(s) or subcontractor(s) (i) who accesses a DS Offering,

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Tool means the tool developed in accordance with Section 35A-15-303.

  • SDK means the JetBrains Rider Software Development Kit and specifically including any associated JetBrains Rider software files, documentation, software code or other materials made available by JetBrains and any third-party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than JetBrains and that are either integrated with or made part of the SDK (collectively, “Third-Party Software”).
