Supported by evidence definition

Supported by evidence means the standard of proof applied in CRC appeals pursuant to Portland City Code Section 3.21.160. A finding regarding a complaint is “supported by the evidence” when a reasonable person could make the finding regarding a complaint in light of the evidence, whether or not the reviewing body agrees with the finding.
