Supported Parties means, at any time, the Lenders and the Agent in respect of the Loan Obligations and the Guaranteed Obligations and the Other Supported Parties at such time in respect of the Other Supported Obligations; and, for greater certainty, does not include the Other Derivative Counterparties;

Examples of Supported Parties in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the rights of Other Supported Parties to benefit from the Guarantees in respect of the Other Supported Obligations, all decisions concerning the Guarantees and the enforcement thereof shall be made by the Lenders or the Majority Lenders, as applicable, in accordance with this Agreement.
