Supporting Interest Holders definition

Supporting Interest Holders means, collectively, the Supporting Common Interest Holders and the Supporting Class B Interest Holders.
Supporting Interest Holders means the holders of Equity Interests in Roadhouse Holding that are signatories to the Restructuring Support Agreement and remain bound by its terms.
