Supporting Organization definition

Supporting Organization means an entity that is exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) or Section 501(c)(4) and described in Section 509(a)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (or any successor provision thereto).
Supporting Organization means the any organisation engaged in creating awareness among public for prevention of wasteful expenditure on special occasions and encouraging people to donate for charity on such occasions. 15
