Surcharges means local, state or federal taxes, surcharges or other fees or amounts, including, but not limited to, Blue Cross Blue Shield Global® Core Access Vendor Fees, paid by Claim Administrator which are imposed upon or resulting from this Agreement, or are otherwise payable by or through Claim Administrator. Upon request, Employer shall furnish to Claim Administrator in a Timely manner all information necessary for the calculation or administration of any Surcharges. Surcharges may or may not be related to a particular claim for benefits.
