Surcharge definition

Surcharge has the meaning set forth in Section 11(a).
Surcharge means any duty leviable under Part 4 of Schedule 1 on any goods, which have been imported into Namibia;
Surcharge means the amount of profit that for-profit schools may include in the certified actual cost per student.
