Surescripts Data definition

Surescripts Data means any data or information relating to Surescripts, or its services or operations, provided to AdvancedMD and/or Prescriber End Users) by or on behalf of Surescripts, including statistics collected by Surescripts regarding transactions processed by the Surescripts network.
Surescripts Data means any data or information provided to Outcomes, its Clients and End Users by or through RelayHealth by Surescripts as part of the Commercial E1 Service, including statistics collected by Surescripts regarding transactions processed by the Surescripts Network, test data, test cases, configuration information, and problem description and resolution information; provided, however, that is does not include any data sent by Outcomes, its Clients or End Users to Surescripts through RelayHealth.
Surescripts Data means any data or information relating to Surescripts, or its services or operations, provided to Allscripts or Client by or on behalf of Surescripts, including statistics collected by Surescripts regarding transactions processed by the Formulary Services, test data, test cases, configuration information and problem description and resolution information.

Examples of Surescripts Data in a sentence

  • In the event that Client has pharmacy benefit manager operations, Client shall maintain all Surescripts Data provided by Pharmacy Benefit Manager Data Sources separate or “walled off” from the data from its other pharmacy benefit manager operations, if any.

  • Client acknowledges and agrees that Surescripts may access, inspect, and audit any information in the Hosted Programs relating to Client’s use of the Surescripts network and/or Surescripts Data.

  • Client shall not use the Surescripts Data provided by Pharmacy Benefit Manager Data Sources to promote or encourage Outcomes or its clients maintaining pharmacy benefit manager services or to augment Outcomes’s or Client’s own eligibility or medication history records.

  • Licensee shall establish and maintain safeguards against the destruction, loss, or alteration of Surescripts Data or Participant Data that are no less rigorous than those maintained by CureMD for its own information of a similar nature, but no less than reasonable safeguards.

  • Client shall not use the Surescripts Data provided by Pharmacy Benefit Manager Data Sources to promote or encourage TDS or its clients maintaining pharmacy benefit manager services or to augment TDS’s or Client’s own eligibility or medication history records.

  • Licensee shall allow CureMD and/or Surescripts to access, inspect, and audit records of the Licensee relating to the use of the Surescripts network, Surescripts Data, and data or information provided by Participants.

Surescripts Data means any data or information provided to TDS, its Clients and End Users by or through RelayHealth by Surescripts as part of the Commercial E1 Service, including statistics collected by Surescripts regarding transactions processed by the Surescripts Network, test data, test cases, configuration information, and problem description and resolution information; provided, however, that is does not include any data sent by TDS, its Clients or End Users to Surescripts through RelayHealth.

  • Data means recorded information, regardless of form, the media on which it is recorded, or the method of recording.

  • Protocols means written directions and orders, consistent with the department’s standard of care, that are to be followed by an emergency medical care provider in emergency and nonemergency situations.   • Environmental Information Regulations means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such regulations.

  • Computer database means a collection of recorded data in a form capable of being processed by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Sensitive Data means a category of personal data that includes:

  • Health data means data related to the state of physical or mental health of the data principal and includes records regarding the past, present or future state of the health of such data principal, data collected in the course of registration for, or provision of health services, data associating the data principal to the provision of specific health services.

  • Personnel data means government data on individuals maintained because the individual is or was an employee or applicant for employment. For purposes of this policy, “employee” includes a volunteer or an independent contractor.
