Surrender Request definition

Surrender Request means a request by a User to the Transporter for the Surrender of all or part Contracted Capacity as specified in the Article 8.2 of this Network Code;
Surrender Request means a request submitted by a Policyowner or Authorized Representative to surrender a Covered Policy. The specific Surrender Request procedures and requirements are included in each Covered Policy.
Surrender Request means a request by a Shipper to the Transporter for the Surrender of all or part of that Xxxxxxx's Forward Firm Capacity (other than Forward Firm Daily Capacity) or Commercial Reverse Capacity (other than Commercial Reverse Daily Capacity). TAP Electronic Data Platform means the internet application made available by the Transporter to all Registered Parties. TAP Reserve Price means the starting price for the auctions of any Capacity Product in the TAP Transportation System which is determined in accordance with Schedule GTC 5.

Examples of Surrender Request in a sentence

  • Following each auction at which Surrendered Capacity is offered, the Surrender Request that relates to that Surrendered Capacity will cease to have effect.

  • A Surrender Request, once sent by a Shipper, cannot be withdrawn, cancelled or amended by that Shipper.

  • A Shipper who wishes to Surrender Reserved Capacity is required to send a Surrender Request to the Transporter through the Capacity Booking Platform.

  • If any Surrendered Capacity was not reallocated at an auction and the Shipper wishes that Reserved Capacity to be offered again at the next auction, it is the Shipper's responsibility to Surrender that Reserved Capacity before the next available auction by sending a new Surrender Request to the Transporter.

  • This Code governs the Shipper's Capacity Surrender Request in respect of IP Capacity and does not govern the Shipper's application for surrender of Corresponding Adjacent System IP Capacity which application is made in accordance with the applicable Interconnected System Transportation Arrangements.

  • For the purpose of physical delivery, the client needs to transfer the intended number of demat units in his accounts to the Exchange designated accounts by using a delivery instruction slip (DIS) to his DP along with the completely filled Surrender Request form (SRF).

  • Surrender when used with respect to American Depositary Shares, shall mean (i) one or more book-entry transfers of American Depositary Shares to the DTC account of the Depositary, (ii) delivery to the Depositary at its Office of an instruction to surrender American Depositary Shares not evidenced by a Receipt or (iii) surrender to the Depositary at its Office of one or more Receipts evidencing American Depositary Shares.
