Surveillance Audit definition

Surveillance Audit means any follow up audit of certificates issued by a certification body within the framework of a voluntary scheme after certification and before a re- certification audit, which can be carried out quarterly, half-annually or annually;
Surveillance Audit means the process of conducting an assessment on a registered firm, which is confined to selected parts of its management system on any one visit but which, over the course of a series of visits, addresses the whole management system.
Surveillance Audit means on-site examinations conducted in accordance with frequency specified by BCA, in writing, to the Certified Client on a regular basis during the validity period of Certification in order to ensure continuing compliance with the certifying standards.

  • Following the Surveillance Audit the audit cycle will revert to the year one General Audit (without limit).

  • The WEEELABEX Audit is in a two year cycle - A General Audit is performed in Year one and a Surveillance Audit is performed in Year two.

  • External TRAINEEs employed in a program six (6) months or longer in duration and who work half-time or more shall be eligible for Health and Life Insurance benefits unless a separate plan has been negotiated with the UNION.

  • Energy audit means a systematic procedure with the purpose of obtaining adequate knowledge of the existing energy consumption profile of a building or group of buildings, an industrial or commercial operation or installation or a private or public service, identifying and quantifying cost-effective energy savings opportunities, and reporting the findings;

  • Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed physician, employed with or contracted with the City, responsible for receiving laboratory results generated by the City's drug testing program who has knowledge of substance abuse disorders, laboratory testing procedures, and chain of custody collection procedures; who verifies positive, confirmed test results, and who has the necessary and appropriate medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual's confirmed positive test result together with his or her medical history and any other relevant biomedical information.

  • Radiopharmaceutical quality assurance means, but is not limited to, the performance of appropriate chemical, biological, and physical tests on potential radiopharmaceuticals and the interpretation of the resulting data to determine their suitability for use in humans and animals, including internal test assessment, authentication of product history, and the keeping of proper records.

  • Nodal Ministry means the Ministry or Department identified pursuant to this order in respect of a particular item of goods or services or works.

  • Clinical review criteria means the written screening procedures, decision abstracts, clinical protocols, and practice guidelines used by a health carrier to determine the necessity and appropriateness of health care services.

  • External Auditor as used here shall mean any registered public accounting firm engaged for the purpose of preparing or issuing an audit report or performing other audit, review or attest services for the Company. Each such external auditor shall report directly to the Committee. With respect to the external auditor, the Committee shall:

  • Controller of Examinations means the Controller of Examinations of the University;

  • Medical Review Officer (MRO) means a licensed physician responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by the school district’s drug testing program and for evaluating medical explanations for certain drug tests.

  • Oversight means the term as it is defined in the Stewardship Agreement between CDOT and the FHWA.

  • internal waters means any navigable river or waterway within the State of California.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.
