Surviving Company Share definition

Surviving Company Share has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(g).
Surviving Company Share has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b)(vi).
Surviving Company Share means each ordinary share, par value US$0.00005 each, of the Surviving Company.
