During the period from the Confirmation Date through and until the Effective Date, each of the Plan Debtors or the Surviving Entities, as applicable, shall continue to operate their businesses as a debtor in possession, subject to the oversight of the Court as provided in the Bankruptcy Code, the Bankruptcy Rules and all orders of the Court that are then in full force and effect.
