Surviving Entities definition

Surviving Entities has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).
Surviving Entities means the First Merger Surviving Corporation and the Second Merger Surviving Entity.
Surviving Entities has the meaning as set forth in Section 1.1(d).

Examples of Surviving Entities in a sentence

  • Parent shall take all action necessary to cause each of the Merger Subs and the Surviving Entities to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement.

  • In the event of any such Action, the Surviving Entities shall cooperate with the Indemnified Party in the defense of any such Action.

Surviving Entities means, collectively, Surviving Corporation and Surviving LLC.
