SUSA Agreement definition
SUSA Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of SUSA Partnership, L.P., dated as of September 21, 1994, as amended as of March 19, 1996, June 14, 1996, August 14, 1996 and November 12, 1998.
