Suspension Price definition

Suspension Price with respect to any Put shall be the price per share defined by the Company in the applicable Put Notice.
Suspension Price with respect to any Put Notice Date shall be the price defined by the Company in the applicable Put Notice.
Suspension Price means a floor amount per share as determined by the Company and as indicated on any Put Notice.

More Definitions of Suspension Price

Suspension Price shall have the meaning specified in Section 6(C).
