Suspension Price definition

Suspension Price with respect to any Put shall be the price per share defined by the Company in the applicable Put Notice.
Suspension Price with respect to any Put Notice Date shall be the price defined by the Company in the applicable Put Notice.
Suspension Price means a floor amount per share as determined by the Company and as indicated on any Put Notice.

  • The Put shall resume at such time as the Common Stock is above the Suspension Price, provided the dates for the Pricing Period for that particular Put are still valid.

More Definitions of Suspension Price

Suspension Price shall have the meaning specified in Section 2(C).
Suspension Price. The price designated by the Company as the Suspension Price as stated in the Put Notice whereby in the event the Common Stock falls below the Suspension Price, the Put shall be temporarily suspended pursuant to the provisions of Section 2(A).
