SUSPENSION/TERMINATION PROCEDURE Clause Samples
The Suspension/Termination Procedure clause outlines the steps and requirements for temporarily halting or permanently ending a contractual relationship. It typically details the conditions under which either party may initiate suspension or termination, such as breach of contract, insolvency, or failure to perform, and may require written notice or a specified waiting period. This clause ensures both parties understand the formal process for ending or pausing their obligations, thereby reducing uncertainty and minimizing disputes over how and when a contract can be suspended or terminated.
