SV Employee means those individuals listed on Schedule 5.20 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, as such Schedule may be updated by Purchaser from time to time to include new hires, who perform services for the Company but do not ▇▇▇▇ their time to clients, including ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
