SVB Bank Services means (i) that certain letter of credit issued by Silicon Valley Bank naming Borrower as beneficiary in the face amount of Fifty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Eight and 75/100 Dollars ($52,638.75), dated as of May 1, 2015, (ii) that certain letter of credit issued by Silicon Valley Bank naming Borrower as beneficiary in the face amount of Four Million Six Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Five Dollars ($4,644,585.00), dated as of September 10, 2015 and (iii) that certain corporate credit card issued by Silicon Valley Bank in favor of Borrower in the face amount of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00), dated as of September 11, 2012.
SVB Bank Services means, collectively, any products and/or credit services facilities provided to Borrower by Silicon Valley Bank, including, without limitation, all letters of credit, guidance facilities, cash management services (including, without limitation, merchant services, direct deposit of payroll, business credit cards, and check cashing services), overdraft facilities and foreign exchange services as any such products or services may be identified in Silicon Valley Banks’s various agreements related thereto;
