SVOD License Fee means, for each month, a revenue share of Five percent (5%) of the Net Distributable Income of the total Rental views of Licensor’s Included programs on the Licensed service/s, calculated from the first until the last day of such month. 4.2.1 The monthly subscription fee charged by Licensee to SVOD Subscribers for access to the SVOD Included Programs during such month shall comprise a weekly rental fee. The Actual Subscription Fee shall be established by Licensee in its sole discretion and advised to Licensee as per schedule C. 4.2.2 The Net Distributable Income means less the following third party and necessary expenses, Sales Price less 15% Government Imposed VAT (current rate), less 40% to Telco and Deemed Costs, less 60% Technical Platform Fee and marketing fee. 4.2.3 The Net Distributable Income in clause 4.2.2 above applies to also Vimeo fees for our current subscription. 4.2.4 The License Fee specified herein is a net amount of the payment of which shall be the responsibility of Licensee.

Examples of SVOD License Fee in a sentence
