Swap Charges definition

Swap Charges means Early Termination Payments and all other charges payable by the Issuer to a Counterparty upon the execution, renewal or termination of any Qualified Derivative Agreement pursuant thereto, and any indemnification payments, tax gross-up payments, expenses and default interest payments, and any non- scheduled payments, exclusive of Swap Obligations.
Swap Charges means any amounts payable by the Note Issuer under Section 6(e) of the Swap Agreement and interest thereon, from and including, the relevant Early Termination Date (as defined in the Swap Agreement) to, but excluding, the date such amount is paid under Section 6(d)(ii) of the Swap Agreement.

Examples of Swap Charges in a sentence

  • In the event there are insufficient funds in your Account, any amount due to us because of the Swap Charges becomes a debt due and owing by you to us.

  • In relation to Swap Charges and Swap Benefits, they will be accrued in the swap value field of your open Contracts.

  • Swap Charges or Swap Credits in relation to Spot CFDs are calculated and applied to your account at the beginning of the next Trading Day.

  • Swap Charges and Credits also occur on public holidays, including when the Underlying Asset ceases to be quoted, or suspended from quotation, or subject to a trading halt.

  • The Lender may during the Loan Tenure and at its sole discretion, with or without any prior notice to the Borrower, amend / revise any of the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement including the repayment schedule, Interest Rate and/or any other fee or charge such as Penal Interest, processing fees, annual maintenance charges, Bounce Charges, Outstation Collection Charges, PDC Swap Charges, Pre-payment Charges, activation fee, Flexi Fee, service charges, other charges etc.

  • Swap Charges or Swap Credits and IOTA Markets’s transaction fee are calculated and applied to your account at the beginning of the next Trading Day.

  • Swap Charges or Swap Credits and Global Femic Services Limited’s transaction fee are calculated and applied to your account at the beginning of the next Trading Day.

Related to Swap Charges

  • Unpaid Charges means any charges billed to the Non-Paying Party that the Non-Paying Party did not render full payment to the Billing Party by the Bill Due Date, including where funds were not accessible.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Hedge Breakage Costs means, with respect to each Hedge Counterparty upon the early termination of any Hedge Transaction with such Hedge Counterparty, the net amount, if any, payable by the Borrower to such Hedge Counterparty for the early termination of that Hedge Transaction or any portion thereof.

  • Bank Charges means the charges levied by the Merchant Acquiring Bank for Transactions and Refunds. “Bank System” means the banking system operated by any approved bank, financial institution or other body.
