SWB Financials definition
SWB Financials means (i) the audited consolidated financial statements of SWB as of December 31, 1995 and1996 and for the three years ended December 31, 1996, including the notes thereto, and (ii) the unaudited interim consolidated financial statements of SWB as of each calendar quarter thereafter included in Securities Documents filed by SWB.

"SWB Regulatory Reports" means the Quarterly Thrift Financial Reports of Southwest Federal and accompanying schedules for each calendar quarter, beginning with the quarter ended December 31, 1995, through the Closing Date, as filed with the OTS, and any Current or Annual Reports on Form H(b)-11 filed with the OTS by SWB since December 31, 1995.
