SWD Leases definition
SWD Leases means any leases, easements, servitudes, license agreements and other occupancy or use agreements (whether oral or written), now or hereafter existing, granting Grantor the right to use salt water ▇▇▇▇▇ located on the Land or any part thereof which cover or relate to the Land or any part thereof, including, without limitation, the SWD Leases which are described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, and all amendments thereto, renewals and modifications.
