  • Sweet Earth Enlightened Foods came into compliance quickly, put into place policies and procedures to prevent similar issues in the future, and fully cooperated with the investigation.

  • Sweet Earth Enlightened Foods shall pay the civil penalty by check, credit card, wire transfer, or portal, payable to the Air Pollution Control Fund, using instructions provided separately by CARB in a Payment Transmittal Form.
