Sweetmeat shop means any premises or part of any premises used for the manufacture treat ment or storing for sale or for wholesale or retail sale of any confections, ice-cream or sweet- meats whatsoever for whomsoever intended and by whomsoever name the same may be known and whether the same be for consumption in or outside the premises.
