Swing Line Borrower definition

Swing Line Borrower. IBM and, subject to the approval of the Administrative Agent (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld), any Subsidiary Borrower designated as a “Swing Line Borrower” in the relevant Subsidiary Borrower Notice and Designation.
Swing Line Borrower has the meaning specified in Section 2.04(b).
Swing Line Borrower means Toro or TCC borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04.

Examples of Swing Line Borrower in a sentence

  • Within the foregoing limits, and subject to the other terms and conditions hereof, any Swing Line Borrower may borrow under this Section 2.04, prepay under Section 2.05, and reborrow under this Section 2.04.

  • No such funding of risk participations shall relieve or otherwise impair the obligation of a Swing Line Borrower to repay the applicable Swing Line Loans, together with interest as provided herein.
