  • At any time such a Used Vehicle Autoborrow Agreement is in effect, the requirements for Used Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Borrowings set forth in the immediately preceding paragraph shall not apply, and all Used Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Borrowings shall be made in accordance with the Used Vehicle Autoborrow Agreement, until the right to such Used Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Borrowings is suspended or terminated hereunder or in accordance with the terms of the Used Vehicle Autoborrow Agreement.
