Swing Line Sublimit Amount definition

Swing Line Sublimit Amount means $5,000,000; provided that, on and after the Maturity Date, the Swing Line Sublimit Amount shall be zero.
Swing Line Sublimit Amount means $2,500,000; provided that, on and after the Maturity Date, the Swing Line Sublimit Amount shall be zero.

  • If the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Advances ever exceeds the Swing Line Sublimit Amount, the Borrower shall prepay to the Swing Line Lender outstanding principal of the Swing Line Advances such that such excess is eliminated.

  • If the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Advances ever exceeds the Swing Line Sublimit Amount, the US Borrower shall, upon receipt of written notice of such condition from the Swing Line Lender and to the extent of such excess, prepay to the Swing Line Lender outstanding principal of the Swing Line Advances such that such excess is eliminated.

  • If the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Advances ever exceeds the Swing Line Sublimit Amount, the Borrower shall, upon receipt of written notice of such condition from the Swing Line Lender and to the extent of such excess, prepay to the Swing Line Lender outstanding principal of the Swing Line Advances such that such excess is eliminated.

  • If any Lender becomes a Defaulting Lender hereunder, at the Borrower’s option and with at least one Business Day’s prior written notice to the Administrative Agent and the Swing Line Lender, the Borrower may decrease the Swing Line Sublimit Amount to such lesser amount notified to the Administrative Agent and the Swing Line Lender.

  • If such election is made, then in the event that the Administrative Agent, the Borrower, and the Swing Line Lender agree that all existing Defaulting Lenders have adequately remedied all matters that caused such Lenders to be Defaulting Lenders, the Swing Line Sublimit Amount shall automatically, without further notice or action to be taken by any party hereto, be increased back up to the Swing Line Sublimit Amount that was in effect prior to the Borrower’s election made pursuant to this clause (g).

  • If the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Advances advanced by the Swing Line Lender ever exceeds the Swing Line Sublimit Amount, the Borrower shall, upon receipt of written notice of such condition from the Swing Line Lender and to the extent of such excess, prepay to the Swing Line Lender outstanding principal of the Swing Line Advances such that such excess is eliminated.

  • If no Default exists, the Administrative Agent shall release any surplus funds held in the Cash Collateral Account above the sum of (x) the Letter of Credit Exposure and (y) all Defaulting Lenders’ Revolving Pro Rata Share of the Swing Line Sublimit Amount other than Swing Line Advances as to which such Defaulting Lender’s participation obligation has been funded by it or reallocated to other Lenders, to the Borrower at the Borrower’s written request.

  • If the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Advances ever exceeds the Swing Line Sublimit Amount, the Borrower shall, upon receipt of written notice of such condition from the Swing Line Lender prepay the outstanding principal of the Swing Line Advances in the amount of such excess.

  • The Revolving Borrowings requested pursuant to this Section 2.03(g)(iii)(A) may exceed the Borrowing Base by an amount not to exceed the Swing Line Sublimit Amount.

More Definitions of Swing Line Sublimit Amount

Swing Line Sublimit Amount means $5,000,000; provided that, on and after the Maturity Date, the Swing Line Sublimit Amount shall be zero. “Tax Act” means the Income Tax Act (Canada).
Swing Line Sublimit Amount means $5,000,000; provided that, on and after the Commitment Termination Date, the Swing Line Sublimit Amount shall be zero.
Swing Line Sublimit Amount means the lesser of (a) 6.25% of the Borrowing Base, and (b) $50,000,000; provided that, on and after the Maturity Date, the Swing Line Sublimit Amount shall be zero.
Swing Line Sublimit Amount means (a) at any time that Xxxxx Fargo or any other Lender serving in its capacity as Administrative Agent is the sole Swing Line Lender, $25,000,000, and (b) at any time that there are two or more Swing Line Lenders (i) $15,000,000 with respect to Xxxxx Fargo and (ii) $10,000,000 with respect to the other Swing Line Lenders as may be agreed to among such Swing Line Lenders and the Borrower; provided that, (A) such Swing Line Sublimit Amount may be adjusted as provided in Section 2.3(g) and (B) on and after the Maturity Date, the Swing Line Sublimit Amount for all purposes shall be zero.

  • Swing Line Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $25,000,000 and (b) the Aggregate Commitments. The Swing Line Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Swingline Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $15,000,000 and (b) the Revolving Facility. The Swingline Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Facility.

  • L/C Sublimit means an amount equal to $5,000,000. The L/C Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Letter of Credit Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Aggregate Revolving Commitments and (b) $25,000,000. The Letter of Credit Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Revolving Commitments.

  • Issuing Bank Sublimit means, as of the Effective Date, (i) $2,500,000, in the case of Chase and (ii) in the case of any other Issuing Bank, such amount as shall be designated to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in writing by such Issuing Bank; provided that any Issuing Bank shall be permitted at any time to increase or reduce its Issuing Bank Sublimit upon providing five (5) days’ prior written notice thereof to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.

  • Swing Line Facility means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • Swing Line Loan Commitment Amount means, on any date, $5,000,000, as such amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Alternative Currency Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of the Aggregate Commitments and $50,000,000. The Alternative Currency Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Refunded Swing Line Loans has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 2.1A(iii).

  • Swingline Committed Amount means the amount of the Swingline Lender’s Swingline Commitment as specified in Section 2.4(a).

  • Swing Line Rate means an interest rate per annum offered by the Swing Line Lender with respect to the Swing Line Loans, as determined in its sole discretion, but in any event not in excess of the rate applicable to Base Rate Loans at the time of determination.

  • Swing Line Loan Commitment means the commitment of Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(iii).

  • Swing Line Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.7.

  • Aggregate Credit Exposures means, at any time, in respect of (a) the Term Facility, the aggregate amount of the Term Loans outstanding at such time and (b) in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility, the sum of (i) the unused portion of the Revolving Credit Facility at such time and (ii) the Total Revolving Credit Outstandings at such time.

  • Refunded Swing Line Loan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(c)(iii).

  • Committed Amount shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Foreign Currency Sublimit means $100,000,000.

  • Swing Line Exposure means, at any time, the aggregate principal amount of all Swing Line Loans outstanding at such time. The Swing Line Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Percentage of the total Swing Line Exposure at such time.

  • Swing Line Loans as defined in Section 2.6.
