Swingline Participation definition
Swingline Participation as defined in Section 2.6(a).
Swingline Participation shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.5(e).
Examples of Swingline Participation in a sentence
If such Lender pays such amount (with interest and fees as aforesaid), the amount so paid shall constitute such Lender’s Revolving Loan included in the relevant Revolving Loan or funded Swingline Participation in the relevant Swingline Loan, as the case may be.
