Swiss Collateral definition

Swiss Collateral means, collectively, the property described in the Swiss Security Documents in respect of which the Borrower has granted a security interest to the Agent pursuant to the terms thereof.
Swiss Collateral means any and all property of any Swiss Loan Party covered or intended to be covered by the Collateral Documents and any and all other property of any Swiss Loan Party, now existing or hereafter acquired, that may at any time be or become, or is intended to be or become, subject to a security interest or Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent to secure the Secured Obligations.
Swiss Collateral means, collectively, the Swiss Pledged Equity Interests, the Swiss Bank Accounts and the Swiss Assigned Claims.

  • Within 30 days after the Effective Date (or such longer period as the Lender shall agree in writing), the Borrower shall deliver, or cause to be delivered: (a) each Collateral Access Agreement required to be provided pursuant to the Security Agreement; and (b) Swiss Collateral Documents, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Lender, granting to the Lender a Lien on the Swiss Borrower’s bank accounts.

  • Borrower has the power and authority to grant to Agent a Lien in the Swiss Collateral as security for the Secured Obligations.

  • Borrower owns the Swiss Collateral, free of all Liens, except for Permitted Liens.
