Swiss GAAP FER means the Swiss accounting standards issued by the commission for accounting and reporting recommendations (Fachkommission für Empfehlungen zur Rechnungslegung) as in effect from time to time, applied by CTS and the Subsidiaries on a basis consistent with past practice.
