Syndicate Betting definition

Syndicate Betting is an act, prohibited by the Operator, where Customers act together to place a series of bets on the same event or competition. Where there is evidence of Customers acting together in this manner the Operator reserves the right to make the relevant bets void and/or withhold payment of returns pending the outcome of subsequent investigations.
Syndicate Betting is an act, prohibited by The Sportsbook at Plainridge Park, where Patrons act together to place a bet or series of bets on the same event or competition, or when a Patron places a bet on behalf, or for the intended benefit, of another individual or other individuals. Where there is evidence of Patrons acting together in this manner The Sportsbook at Plainridge Park reserves the right to make the relevant bets void and/or withhold payment of returns pending the outcome of subsequent investigations to determine whether (in The Sportsbook at Plainridge Parksole opinion), Syndicate Betting has taken place.

Related to Syndicate Betting

  • Arrangers as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Arranger Fee Letter means that certain Arranger Fee Letter related to this Agreement, entered into by the Company and dated November 23, 2015.

  • Syndication Date means that date upon which the Administrative Agent determines in its sole discretion (and notifies the Borrower) that the primary syndication (and resultant addition of Persons as Lenders pursuant to Section 13.04(b)) has been completed.

  • Arranger Fee means a fee charged by the Arranger in relation to each Series of ETP Securities, as modified by the Arranger from time to time, as set out in the Base Prospectus of the Issuer.

  • Available Facility means the aggregate for the time being of each Lender’s Available Commitment.
