SYNERGY AGREEMENT definition
SYNERGY AGREEMENT means that certain Stock Purchase Agreement entered into between the Purchaser and Synergy providing for the issuance and sale by Synergy, and the purchase by Purchaser, of shares of common stock of Synergy, upon the terms and conditions set forth therein.
