SYSTEM CHANGES AND MAINTENANCE/SUPPORT Sample Clauses
The "System Changes and Maintenance/Support" clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for updating, modifying, and maintaining a system after its initial deployment. It typically outlines how updates, bug fixes, and technical support will be provided, including response times, scheduled maintenance windows, and the process for requesting changes or reporting issues. This clause ensures that the system remains functional, secure, and up-to-date, while also clarifying the obligations of each party to prevent misunderstandings regarding ongoing support and system reliability.
