System Date definition

System Date means the date adopted by the Clearing House Computer (other than for the clearing and settlement of Articles), such that immediately after the CHATS Value Date Cut-off on a Working Day, the System Date will become the date of the next Working Day.
System Date means any Calendar-Related data value in the inclusive range January 1, 1985 through December 31, 2035 (including the natural transition between such values), which the Services shall be able to use as its current date while operating.
System Date is defined in Section 8.1.22(c).

Related to System Date

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.
