System Information definition

System Information means all drawings, specifications, procedures, manuals, and other information, know-how and techniques in any form which wholly or partially relate to all or any part of the System design, manufacture, installation, operation, calibration and testing, marketing, or maintenance;

System Information has the meaning set forth in Section 4.9 hereof.

System Information means the information listed on Schedule XIV, which shall be in form, substance and content substantially the same as the Data Tape File.

More Definitions of System Information

System Information means the information listed on Appendix 3, which shall be in form, substance and content substantially the same as the tranche data file provided by the Loan Parties to the Lenders during due diligence and on the Closing Date.

System Information means all information, reports, manuals, publications and/or services, and all research, analysis, ratings, and data contained therein furnished by Xxxxxx to the Fund in connection with this Agreement, as well as any results or output generated by the System in connection with this Agreement.
