System Maintenance Period definition

System Maintenance Period means, in respect of the SODA SaaS, the time period during which access to the SODA SaaS will not be available to Ordering Party due to required system maintenance, Upgrades, Updates, and other hosting requirements for the SODA SaaS.

Related to System Maintenance Period

  • Maintenance Period shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Period of Maintenance means the specified period of maintenance from the date of completion of the works, as certified by the Engineer.
