Maintenance Period means the period so specified in an adoption agreement as a period of time—
Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.
Yield Maintenance Period means the period from and including the date of this Note until but not including the Scheduled Initial Maturity Date.
Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.
Routine maintenance means activities to keep an impervious surface as near as possible to its constructed condition. This includes ordinary maintenance activities, resurfacing paved areas, and exterior building changes or improvements which do not materially increase or concentrate stormwater runoff, or cause additional nonpoint source pollution.
Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.
Scheduled Maintenance means routine maintenance scheduled by Orange to implement generic changes to, or updates of, the Orange Services or the Orange Network.
Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner, or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors. “Furniture Maintenance Product” does not include dusting aids, products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning, and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.
Period of Maintenance means the specified period of maintenance from the date of completion of the works, as certified by the Engineer.
Principal Period of Maintenance means any nine consecutive hours per day (usually between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) as selected by the State, including an official meal period not to exceed one hour, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed at the installation.
Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.
Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.
Maintenance Outage means NERC Event Type MO, as set forth in attached Exhibit B, and includes any outage involving ten percent (10%) of the Facility’s Net Output that is not a Forced Outage or a Planned Outage.

Scheduled Maintenance Time means the time that the System is not in service due to a scheduled activity as defined in this SLA. The scheduled maintenance time would not be during business hours. Further, scheduled maintenance time is planned downtime with the prior permission of AIC.
Maintenance Window means the total minutes in the reporting month represented by the following day(s) and time(s) during which vendor shall maintain the services: [day(s) and time(s)].
Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;
Preventive Maintenance means that maintenance, performed on a scheduled basis by the Contractor, which is designed to keep the Equipment in proper operating condition.
Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.
Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

Preventative Maintenance means the routine, customary or regular course of procedure related to the care or upkeep of an existing Department facility or system, which may also include inspection services provided as part of a preventative maintenance program. Preventive maintenance is conducted to keep equipment working and/or extend the life of the equipment.
Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.
Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Sprint Convergence is unable to provide prior notice of.
