System Warranty definition

System Warranty means the Warranty provided by EVO Power for the supplied System,
System Warranty means the Warranty provided by Captain Green Solar for the operation and functioning of the installed Solar PV System;
System Warranty means the Extended Product Warranty and Application Assurance.

System Warranty means the warranties relating to the Termite Management System, as set out in the Warranty package You received at time of installation.
