Systems Manual definition

Systems Manual means a manual providing to the current and future operating staff the information needed to understand and optimally operate each system. The manual is in addition to the O&M Manuals submitted by the contractor. The systems manual focuses on operating, rather than maintaining the equipment, particularly interactions between equipment. LEED, Version 2.0, refers to this as the Recommissioning Management Manual.
Systems Manual means a system focused composite document that includes the operation manual, maintenance manual, and additional information of use to the Owner after they begin using the facility.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Electronic Equipment means the items as specified in the Schedule and which are contained or fixed at or in the Insured Premises.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Systems means servers, hardware systems, databases, circuits, networks and other computer and telecommunications assets and equipment.
