Systemwide Sales definition

Systemwide Sales means, with respect to any Quarterly Calculation Date, Gross Sales (which will be permitted to include estimated Gross Sales of up to 5.0% of the total) of the Franchised Restaurants and Contributed Securitized Company Restaurants for the four (4) Quarterly Fiscal Periods ended immediately prior to such Quarterly Calculation Date.

  • For purposes of clarity, the Global Systemwide Sales Growth performance targets are annual goals that are determined by the Compensation and Human Capital Committee at the beginning of the Performance Period and the percentage results based on the performance measured against these annual targets are averaged at the conclusion of the Performance Period to determine the attained percentage, subject to adjustment as described in Section 3.

  • Linear interpolation shall be used to determine the percentage of Global Systemwide Sales Units earned in the event the Company’s Global Systemwide Sales falls between the (i) Threshold and Above Threshold, (ii) Above Threshold and Target, (iii) Target and Above Target or (iv) Above Target and Maximum performance levels shown in the chart above.

  • The extent to which the Participant will earn the Global Systemwide Sales Units is based on the Company’s Global Systemwide Sales (as defined below) for the Performance Period compared to the Global Systemwide Sales Target established by the Committee for the Performance Period as shown in the chart below (with the Threshold, Above Threshold, Target, Above Target and Maximum Global Systemwide Sales amounts to be set forth on a separate exhibit which will be provided to the Participant).

  • If on any Payment Date, Sonic Systemwide Sales, as calculated on such Payment Date, are less than $2,887,500,000, the Master Issuer and SRI Real Estate Holdco shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Trustee, each Insurer and the Rating Agencies, on the Sonic Systemwide Sales Calculation Date immediately following such Payment Date, a report setting forth Sonic Systemwide Sales as calculated on such Sonic Systemwide Sales Calculation Date (each a “Sonic Systemwide Sales Calculation Date Report”).
