Tableau Software definition

Tableau Software. The software platform created and supplied by Tableau which is used within ▇▇▇▇▇ Plus to provide the displays and visualisations through which data is accessed and viewed. "Terms and Conditions" The terms and conditions for access to ▇▇▇▇▇ Plus which are set out in this Schedule 1 to the Main Agreement.
Tableau Software means the proprietary data visualization software (and subsequent updates) titled ‘Tableau Software’, including any licensed third party and open source software component that forms part of the Tableau Software.
Tableau Software means the Tableau software, whether on-premise or cloud-based, provided to you by BT for you to access the On Demand Journeys Portal to view and download the On Demand Journeys Dataset;

  • The Tableau Software may contain or be provided with components which are licensed from third parties (“Third Party Code”), including components subject to the terms and conditions of “open source” software licenses (“Open Source Software”).

  • Upon Tableau’s written request, Customer shall certify in a signed writing that its use of the Tableau Software is in full compliance with the terms of the End User Agreement (including any core and user limitations) ) and provide a current list of Authorized Users for Desktop and User-Based Server licenses.

  • Customer shall not disclose Confidential Information to any third party or use Confidential Information for any purpose other than the use of the Tableau Software as licensed under the End User Agreement.
