Examples of Tag Offeree in a sentence

  • If a Remaining Shareholder gives a Tag Along Notice, the Tag Offeree must procure the simultaneous sale of that Remaining Shareholder's Shares on the terms and conditions referred to in the Tag Offer Notice.
