Taken into Use definition

Taken into Use or "Taking into Use” means the act of taking into use of the Works or part thereof, and the taking out of use of other assets in accordance with the relevant Standards, regulations or procedures;
Taken into Use means in respect of any part of the Connection Point the taking
Taken into Use shall be construed accordingly;

Examples of Taken into Use in a sentence

  • The Delivery Agent shall nominate (and notify the Administrator of the identity of) the Authorised Person who shall be authorised to: seek payment by the Administrator; and confirm when the Works have been Taken into Use.

  • Subject to this Clause and without prejudice to any accrued and subsisting rights or obligations, this Agreement will terminate in respect of the Works carried out, upon the later of: all Works under this Agreement being Taken into Use; and all monies being due under this Agreement having been paid.

  • The Delivery Agent shall nominate (and notify the Administrator of the identity of) the Authorised Person who shall be authorised to (i) seek payment by the Administrator, and (ii) confirm when, in its view, the Deliverables) have been completed and Taken into Use.

  • Deliverables post GRIP Stage 5 shall only be accepted as complete and payment for the Deliverables made when all of the Works/the whole Project have satisfied the completion requirements (except where it is specifically agreed by the Administrator that Deliverables qualify as discrete Deliverables that can be Taken into Use and used safely prior to Project completion).

  • As soon as practicable following the completion of the relevant Deliverable and for the last Deliverable, following the Works being Taken into Use, the Delivery Agent shall submit an invoice to Network Rail as the Administrator along with a Payment Form Certificate substantially in the format shown in Schedule 3 showing the Deliverable Price due in respect of the completed Deliverable.

  • As soon as practicable following: the completion of the last Deliverable (or where Clause 6.6 applies following completion of the relevant Deliverable); and the Works being Taken into Use, the Delivery Agent shall submit an invoice to the Administrator along with a letter substantially in the format shown in Schedule 3 showing the Purchase Price due in respect of the completed Deliverables.

  • Subject to this Clause 9 and without prejudice to any accrued and subsisting rights or obligations, this Agreement will terminate in respect of the Works carried out, upon the later of: all Works under this Agreement being Taken into Use; all monies being due under this Agreement having been paid; and five years after completion of the Project.

  • I hereby certify that the Deliverables [detailed below and] contained in Appendix 2 of the Agreement have been achieved, that the Works at [insert Station as appropriate] as part of Project No. [ ] have been completed and Taken into Use, and that all Works have been undertaken to our reasonable satisfaction, including in accordance with the Regulated Change requirements.

  • I hereby certify that the Deliverables [detailed below and] contained in Appendix 2 of the Agreement have been achieved, that the Works at [insert Station name] have been Taken into Use, and that all Works have been undertaken to our reasonable satisfaction, including in accordance with the Network Change requirements.
