TAM Services definition

TAM Services means any services that comprise measurement of audiences for Video Content across all devices (including TVs, tablets, smartphones), across all delivery platforms (including satellite, cable, over-the-air, Internet, over-the-top content), in all viewing locations (including private homes and public), in broadcast, addressable, time-shift and on-demand access methods. TAM Services do not include the measurement of audiences for clips or excerpts of video programs that are embedded in web pages, mobile applications, or video players across any platform.
TAM Services means Imperva’s optional technical account manager offering, available on an annual subscription basis for an additional fee, to those customers who have purchased Enhanced or Premium Support, and described in Imperva’s standard Customer Support Guide.
TAM Services has the meaning set forth in the Reuters Terminated Services Schedule.

  • Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing, the initial term for (a) MasterCare Support will be the number of months specified in NetScout's quote, (b) OSE Services will be 12 months commencing on the date the engineer arrives at customer's designated site, and (c) RSE and TAM Services will be 12 months commencing on the date that the account becomes active, or as agreed to by the parties.

  • The parties agree that the TAM assigned to Customer may be unavailable due to vacation or illness for an estimated five (5) weeks per year, and that during such outage the TAM Services described above will not be available.

  • NetScout will not be obligated to provide OSE, RSE or TAM Services if customer does not fulfill its payment obligations, or procure and continuously maintain MasterCare Support coverage on all NetScout Products owned or in the possession of customer.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.
