Target Application definition

Target Application is a user-developed software program that requires physical incorporation of portions of the Software in object form.
Target Application means an item, device or system developed by Customer pursuant to a Project, that contains a Run-Time Module, or any portion thereof, including any modified or successor version of said item, device or system.
Target Application means be the software to which RTI is being applied.

  • If Licensee has a LAC that specifies a number of OEM Runtime CPU licenses, then Licensee may physically incorporate copies of the Software into a Target Application and distribute and sub-license the Software as incorporated into the Target Applications using up to that number of CPUs, provided that each CPU has a core density equal to or less than that specified on the LAC.

  • The Target Application Availability Level is 99.5% in any calendar quarter.

More Definitions of Target Application

Target Application means the scope of authorised Uses that are permitted by SLL to You for a specific Licensed Product. The Target Application is shown in the License Credential and for each Licensed Product listed in a Quote. Use of the Licensed Product for any other application or purpose requires an amendment to this Agreement or a separate license agreement authorising the Use of the Licensed Product for the other application or purpose.
Target Application means the product licensed as set forth in at the top of this agreement.
Target Application has the meaning set forth in Section 11.3.3.
Target Application means an item, device or system developed by Customer that does not contain any Software development functionality and that contains a Run-Time Module or any portion thereof.
Target Application means the Customer's product incorporating the ITeX Chipset Bundle, which does not contain any software development functionality for the VxWorks Software or the Wind River Protocols and which contains the run-time components of VxWorks Software and the Wind River Protocols in Object Code. 1.12 "TARGET ARCHITECTURE" means the specific architecture type (e.g., Power PC or ARM) upon which the run-time component of VxWorks Software is distributed. 1.13 "TARGET MARKET" means the broadband connection market utilizing methods similar to the ITeX Chipset Bundle. 1.14 "TARGET ROYALTY FEE" means the fee paid by ITeX to Wind River for each ITeX Chipset Bundle distributed by ITeX to its Customers pursuant to a Target License and as set forth in EXHIBIT 1 hereto. 1.15 "TORNADO SOFTWARE" means Wind River's professional development tools software package, as described in EXHIBIT 2 attached hereto, known as Tornado, configured for a specific host (e.g., PC) and a specific target processor family (e.g., ARM) and related documentation. 1.16 "WIND RIVER EVALUATION LICENSE" means a license to use the VxWorks Software and Wind River Protocols, in Object Code form only, in connection with a single Project, at a 2 <PAGE> single Customer Site and for use with a specified Target Architecture for evaluation purposes only for sixty (60) days pursuant to the license agreement attached hereto as EXHIBIT 3. 1.17 "VXWORKS OEM LICENSE" means a license to use the VxWorks Software, in Object Code form only, in connection with a single Project, at a single Customer Site and for use with a specified Target Architecture. 1.18 "VXWORKS SOFTWARE" means Wind River's real-time operating system, as further described in EXHIBIT 2 in Object Code form only, and related documentation and the Reference Source Code as modified by ITeX. 1.19 "WIND RIVER PROTOCOLS" means the Wind River royalty-bearing protocols and driver stacks (including any modifications to the Wind River Protocols made pursuant to a Source Code License Agreement between the parties) as further described in EXHIBIT 2, which are distributed to Customers in Object Code form only. 2.

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Project Application means the federal Section 5311 operating assistance project application submitted by the Municipal Corporation to, and as approved by the Commissioner for the Project described in Appendix C of this Agreement, including all project supporting information submitted therewith.

  • Server Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) allows more than one user to Use the Runtime Product through any middle tier application(s), and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.   • Completed application means an application in the form and number and containing all the information required pursuant to 34 Administrative Code 9.1053 (Entity Requesting Agreement to Limit Appraised Value), that has been determined by the district and the comptroller to include all minimum requirements for consideration.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.
