Target Bonus definition

Target Bonus means the target Bonus established for Executive, whether expressed as a percentage of Base Salary or a dollar amount.
Target Bonus means the target cash bonus for which the Executive is eligible on an annual basis, at a level consistent with the Executive’s title and responsibilities, under the Company’s bonus program then in effect and applicable to the Company’s senior executives generally.
Target Bonus has the meaning described in Section 4(b).

Examples of Target Bonus in a sentence

  • The Executive will be paid a pro-rata portion of the Executive’s Target Bonus, less all applicable withholdings and deductions.

  • Such prorated Target Bonus will be determined by multiplying the amount of the Target Bonus by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in the applicable calendar year immediately prior to the Termination Date and the denominator of which is three hundred and sixty-five (365).

  • The prorated Target Bonus will be paid on the Company’s first regularly scheduled pay date falling on or immediately after sixty (60) days from the Executive’s Termination Date.

Target Bonus means the target bonus (100% level) established for the Executive for the year in question under the Company's "Annual Incentive Plan" or "Performance Unit Plan," as applicable.
